StandPoint

Training doesn’t stop when the session ends.

StandPoint is Stand2’s online learning platform – giving delegates, trainers, and organisations ongoing access to the resources, materials, and support they need to keep learning moving forward.

01. TRAINING METHODS

What StandPoint gives you.

Learning that stays with you.

Most training fades within days of the session ending. StandPoint gives delegates ongoing access to the materials, workbooks, and technique videos from their programme – so what was learned in the room stays accessible when it's needed most, back in the workplace.

Resources that reflect real delivery.

Every resource on StandPoint is produced by Stand2 – the same trainers, the same techniques, the same standards as the programme itself. Video demonstrations, reference materials, and assessments are all built around the realities of your environment, not generic content lifted from elsewhere.

A platform built for trainers too.

Affiliate trainers have their own dedicated space on StandPoint – with access to trainer manuals, approved delivery materials, and ongoing development resources that help maintain consistency and quality across every session they deliver.

02.STANDPOINT

StandPoint in practice.

StandPoint is browser-based, which means there’s nothing to download and nothing to install. Delegates and trainers can log in from any device, at any time, and pick up exactly where they left off.

For organisations, that means learning resources are always on – available the moment a delegate needs to revisit a technique, check a reference, or prepare for an assessment. No chasing trainers for handouts. No lost workbooks. Everything in one place, accessible whenever it’s needed.

Excellent. Done a few courses over the years regarding conflict management and this was the best. Relaxed teaching and no one was afraid to make a mistake or ask any questions. Enjoyed this much more than my recent SIA renewal in all honesty.

Really thoughtful and experienced teachers. After the training I felt really confident in conflict resolution and physical intervention. Thank you now I know how to protect myself, the general public and my organisation if a situation comes up.

Very well structured course and effectively taught. Techniques and solutions were very helpful.

Engaging PowerPoint, really good instructors, time to practice techniques

I recently completed training at Stand2 and had a great experience. The course was well organised, engaging and delivered by Chris C, who explained everything clearly using practical, real-life examples. The training has given me greater confidence in managing conflict, assessing risk, and keeping myself and others safe. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop these important skills.
