20th May 2014 Do YOU face the risk of violent and aggressive behaviour?

…but lack the skills or confidence to deal with it?

If you or your staff face the risk of violence and aggression in the workplace then you are probably aware of how difficult it can be to find and access credible and effective training in the safe management of such difficult and dangerous behaviour.

Until now the C.A.R.E. (Countering Aggression and Response to Emergencies) Programme has only been available to medium and large scale organisations. However due to demand, courses are now being opened up to the general public to allow individuals and small businesses to access this vitally important training.

This is a unique and operationally proven system which will teach you to apply a logical and systematic approach to the management of conflict, aggression and violence in the workplace. The training is principle rather than technique based and as such can be applied in any context, gives staff the freedom to adapt and is less prone to rapid skills fade than conventional training.

Training will be delivered at Telford in the West Midlands within easy access of the M6/M54. Forthcoming training dates are:  June 14th and 28th and July 12th, 18th and 27th 2014. Places are limited to a maximum of 12 persons per course. The cost for a full days training is £69pp which will include a buffet lunch, certificate, 40 page glossy colour A4 booklet and free 12 months access to our online skills resource to maintain and hone your skills and prevent skills fade.
